At the center of korean food, GAON 

GAON is a space where one can meet the hidden beauties of true korean cuisine.

We present the frame that korean food needs being served in courses, and deliver an experience superior than the dishes themselves through the charming culture that the cuisine itself originates from.

We believe in more and more people understanding korean food, and thereby coming in unison to discuss what it really is and can be in the future.

The quality that GAON values the most is the friendship that arises from sharing and appreciating the korean culture.

In preparation of precious korean food, GAON has closely observed shik chi, which reflects the king’s daily royal table.

It was health that was put foremost in deciding what would be served to the most sacred one in the kingdom, in accordance with the royal doctors.
